2. How long will it take?
We can exchange contracts within 24 hours and typically complete within 4-6 weeks.
3. What types of property do you buy?

4. What if my property has a tenant?
We can still buy your property with a tenant, even if they are not paying rent.
5. What percentage do you pay?
We guarantee to offer you the best price possible for your property which is dependant on the type of property, location and market conditions.
6. How are my debts paid off?
Your solicitor will pay off any secured debts on completion and transfer the remaining lump sum directly into your bank account.
7. How do you deal with divorce and separation cases ?
We have a lot of experience in dealing with these types of cases and understand this can be a very difficult time. We are able to speak to both parties individually to reach mutual agreements regarding the sale of the estate and splitting joint assets.
8. I have mortgage arrears, can you still help ?

9. Do I need a Home Information Pack (HIP) in order to sell my property to you ?
No, you are not legally required to have a HIP when selling your home with us as it will be a private sale.
10. Can you stop my repossession ?
